★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل معهم، اعطوني موعد تركيب بعيد جدا ولم يحضروا بالموعد. وعند الاستفسار قالوا اتصل عليك الفني لم ترد!!! ولم يعيدوا الاتصال ولم يرسلوا رسالة واعطوني موعد بعد اسبوعين!
وكل التعامل واتس ولم يجروا اي اتصال، لا يوجد اي احترام للعميل سيتم استرجاع الفاتورة والغاء الشراء.
I do not recommend dealing with them, they gave me an appointment for an installation that was too far away and they did not show up on time. When inquiring, they said the technician called you, but you didn't answer!!! They did not call back, did not send a message, and gave me an appointment in two weeks!
And all the dealings are WhatsApp and they did not make any contact, there is no respect for the customer, the invoice will be returned and the purchase will be cancelled.
