والتوصيل سيئ للغاية (لا انصح بشراء منتجات يوصلوها)
تم شراء ثلاجة جديدة وكان التوصيل غير متوافق مع توصيات الشركة حيث ان الثلاجة يجب ان تكون رأسية اثناء النقل وتم نقلها بشكل افقي علي سيارة نقل صغيرة.
وتم فكها من فريق التوصيل وكانت الثلاجة شديدة الاتساخ ما تطلع ابدا، شكلها كانت مخزنة او ان المستودع عندهم مافي نظافة.
وتم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء ، يقولون الثلاجة مافيها عيب مصنعي ولما طلبت يرسلوا فريق ينظفوها او اني استبدالها رفضوا وقالوا رجعها كما كانت الاول ونزيد عليك مصروفات النقل.

A new refrigerator was purchased and the delivery was not in accordance with the company's recommendations, as the refrigerator must be vertical during transportation and was moved horizontally on a small transport vehicle.
It was disassembled by the delivery team, and the refrigerator was so dirty that it never came out. It looked like it was stored, or the warehouse was not clean.
The customer service was contacted, they say the refrigerator has no manufacturing defect, and when you asked, they send a team to clean it or I replace it, they refused and said return it as it was the first and we will increase the transportation expenses for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملاتي معهم من اكثر من 10 سنوات في شراء مكيفات شباك و سبلت و ثلاجات و موعيدهم جيده و اليوم اخذت منهم فريزر و التوصيل بكره إن شاء الله و اشكر كل الاخوه في المعرض وخصوصاّ ( امير ) على رحابة صدره و كما عرفته من 10 سنوات ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعارهم حليوه ولكن!!!! تتعب معهم حط عشر خطوط في موضوع المواعيد للتركيب خاصة للمكيفات ويوجد ملاحظة السيارات اللي تجيب الأجهزه شكلهم عمالة توصيل لأنه جتني ثلاث سيارات منهم كل سيارة بجهاز ولا وحده من السيارات عليها شعار الخنيزان زي الشركات الثانيه يكون عليها شعار الشركه.. تجربتي سيئة في موضوع تقيدهم بالمواعيد يومذ معهم ضايع..
Their prices are good, but!!! You get tired with them. Put ten lines on the subject of appointments for installation, especially for air conditioners, and there is a note of the cars that bring the devices in the form of delivery workers because I get three cars, each of them has a device and not one of the cars has the Al-Khanizan logo like other companies have the company logo on it.. A day with them was lost..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف سياسة الشركة سيئة جداً في خدمات ما بعد البيع وخصووصاً التوصيل والتركيب.
المنافسة الحقيقية الآن بين الشركات في جودة الخدمات المقدمة بعد البيع وليس في البيع.
المفترض قبل التركيب وخصوصا لأجهزة التكييف الإسبلت أن يتم تقييم الموقع من قبل مهندس متخصص قبل التوصيل والتركيب لتلافي وحل كثير من العقبات الفنية للموقع.
للأسف ليس هناك احترافية ولا جودة في هذه الناحية.
أرجو أن يؤخذ هذا بعين الاعتبار في المستقبل فالمستفيد أو الخسران في نهاية الأمر هي الشركة.
Unfortunately, the company's policy is very poor in after-sales services, especially delivery and installation.
The real competition now between companies is in the quality of services provided after the sale and not in the sale.
It is assumed that before installation, especially for split air conditioners, the site should be evaluated by a specialized engineer before delivery and installation in order to avoid and solve many technical obstacles to the site.
Unfortunately, there is no professionalism or quality in this regard.
I hope that this will be taken into consideration in the future, for in the end the company will be the beneficiary or the loser.
