لا يوجد مكان للصيانة في الرياض الا هذا الفرع
فنييين لا يفقهون شيء ... مبدء التجربة و الخطأ
موظفي الكاونتر محترمين و لبقين لكن المشكله بالفنيين للاسف ... انصح بالتصليح من المحلات الخارجيه

The counter staff are respectful and courteous, but the problem is with the technicians, unfortunately... I would recommend repairs from foreign shops.

I swear to God, you don't deserve even the star. Poor after-sales service. The oven has for me about two months, 3 times of maintenance, and not once. God has set you free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريت ميكرويف بانسونيك من اكسترا سعره غالي وتكسر الباب الزجاجي فجأة بدون سبب ما له شهرين من شريته، اتصل علي الصيانة وما يردون. الله يعوضني خير، تجربة سيئة.
I bought a Panasonic microwave from Extra, its price is expensive, and the glass door suddenly broke for no reason, two months after I bought it, I called the maintenance and they did not respond. May God reward me with good, bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ خدمة عملاء في الدنيا ماشفت اسؤا منهم ، اولاً اشتري من محل تلفزيون ٥٠ بوصة وقالولي الدعم الفني يجيك للبيت وادق عليهم يقولون مانجيك ، اضطريت اوديه للصيانة قلت مرح اقدر اجي استلمه قالي الموظف تقدرين تخلين اي برنامج توصيل يستلمه وماعلمني انه ضروري يكون معه السند، ولمن رسلت مرسول عيوا يعطونه!!!! و قفلوا المحل ، اتمنى تعدلون خدمتكم وعسانا مانتعامل معكم مرة ثانية لأن موظفينكم مستفزين ولا يهمهم العميل ابد

First, buy from a 50-inch TV store, and they told me that the technical support would come to you home and call them, they said you, I had to pay him for maintenance, I said, “I’m happy, I can come and pick it up.” The employee said you can leave any delivery program to receive it, and he did not tell me that it is necessary to have the bond, and to whom I sent a messenger to give it to him!!!! And they closed the shop, I hope you adjust your service and we will not deal with you again because your employees are provocative and do not care about the customer at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother taking your TCL TV to this place for repair. I got there and I was told that all TCL TV models, old and new, could not be fixed nor repaired due to the lack of parts. Not only that, but also they couldn't provide the parts. Not sure why they call themselves authorized repair center of they can't repair.
TCL TVs are good but when they need fixing, forget it! They won't fix it for you because they simply can't.
