★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with it's one of the worst places to go too. The parking is horrendous. If you're in luck then you might find a spot, though the chances are minimal.
In addition, there's no proper channel of communicating. The customer care number is useless. The call keeps disconnecting and nobody answers. The extension numbers are 1411, 1412 & 1413. I wonder if this will work or not.
Furthermore, they don't have the spare parts available. They source it from Jeddah and it takes minimum 10 days to get the parts.
In conclusion the experience was very bad and I don't recommend anyone going to this place. It's simply a waste of the time and efforts. I hope this helps.

anything, I never seen like this unprofessional service center before. I don't understand why good brands give agency like this irresponsible companies. avoid to take any brands machines which AES have agency.
