★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت اتعامل معهم ولكن مره اتصلت ويبدو لي كان وقت ضغط وردت علي الموظفه بنفس شينه وتنافخ وترادد ! اتفهم انك مضغوطه بس أنا كمستفيد وش لي دخل وانا طالب خدمه ورااح ادفع دبل دبل اللي المفروض ادفعه؟؟ ولمن اشتكيت عليها حاول يتواصلون معي مره وحده وبوقت غير مناسب لي ومن بعدها محد تواصل أو اعتذر وكأنه شي عادي ?!! للمعلوميه الشركات الان صارت كثير ويتنافسوون مين يحافظ على العميل اكثر!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه اقل من واحد عطيتهم تعامل سيء. مافيه احترافيه تروح لمقر السكن رائحة كريهه وكل العملاء يشتكون سلموني عامله مريضه ولما طلبت التقرير الطبي لها صرفوني تكلمهم يسكرون السماعة في وجهك ! ينكسر شي يخرب مالهم دخل ولا فيه خصم من راتب العامله عاملات سيئات انصح بعدم التعامل معهم

لكن العاملات سيئات جدا جدا جدا
اخذت عامله اوغندية سيئه جدا غير نظيفه
تخرج من الحمام بمنشفه امام زوجي
علمتها مافيه فايده والاكل والاكل قفلوا ثلاجاتكم
كيس البطاطس ما يقعد يومين
والتوست
المفرحات لعيالي واغراض المدرسه ما يبقى منها شي
مستحيل تسوي شي من نفسها لازم انتي تقولين لها سوي شيلي حطي
دبات المويه ما تشيلها لو تموتين لازم تساعدينها
تنظيف الشفاط والاماكن العاليه ما تطلع على السلم
واذا طلعت تقول اقعدي عندي
البخور ما تبخر ابد
الكلوركس ما تستخدمها الا فيه قفاز اذا ما فيه لو تموتين ما تنظف
خايفه على بشرتها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت تجربة مناسبة، مع اننا بدلنا الخادمة .. ملاحظة على السعر غالي شوي > احتمال السوق كلهم كذا المكاتب الثانية تقريباً ، تجديد العقد مريح جدا عن طريق متصفح سفاري وابل باي ??

نصيحه لوجه الله لا تفكر تسوي عقد معهم ..
السكن مليان عاملات وهذا اكبر دليل على عدم المصداقيه وانهم موب حقين شغل ..
١/ العامله تشتغل بس ٣ ايام وتضرب واذا مارجعتها للشركه تبدأ في التخريب في المنزل ..
٢/عدم النظافه الشخصيه للعامله (رائحة المكان اللي هي فيه لا تطاق + ملابسها رثه وترفض لبس اليونيفورم اللي وفرته لها ) ..
٣/ سرقة اسلاك شواحن واغراض شخصيه
٤/ غير لطيفات مع الاطفال
٥/ يدها حاره تمشي وتخرب من اول ساعه جت
٦/ سياسه الشركه سيئه ومالك اي تعويض (العاملات مبسوطات في المكوث في السكن فمستحيل تشتغل )
٧/ والادهي والامر توقيعك على سند امر بقيمة وقدرها ٢٥٠٠٠ ريال على عقد شهر واحد !! اي نظام هذا
٨/ عند الغاء العقد خصم ٢٥٠٠ شرط جزائي من قيمة العقد + الايام اللي اشتغلت فيها عندك ( علماً ان نصها مضربه ) حسبي الله وكفى .. بناخذه منكم في الاخره باذن الله
نصيحه اخيره .. تتمرمط بدون شغاله احسن من تاخذ شغاله منهم ..

Advice for God’s sake, don’t think about making a contract with them.
The housing is full of female workers and this is the biggest evidence of the lack of credibility and that they have no right to work..
1/ The worker works only 3 days and is beaten, and if you return her to the company, she starts to vandalize the house.
2/ Lack of personal hygiene for the worker (the smell of the place she is in is unbearable + her clothes are shabby and she refuses to wear the uniform that I provided for her).
3/ Theft of charging cables and personal items
4/ Not nice to children
5 / Her hand is hot, it walks and ruins from the first hour it came
6/ The company's policy is bad and the owner of any compensation (the workers are happy to stay in the housing, so it is impossible to work)
7/ And it is necessary to sign a promissory note with a value of 25,000 riyals on a one-month contract!! Which system is this?
8/ When canceling the contract, 2500 penalty clauses will be deducted from the contract value + the days I worked for you (noting that half of them are on strike) God suffices for me.
One last piece of advice.. getting stuck without a job is better than taking a job from them..
