غير ملتزمين نهائيا بالمواعيد، تركيب سيئ جدا، تأخير بالاشهر ، يستلمون كامل المبلغ مقدماً وبعد ذلك يماطلون في تسلم الابواب والمشتريات ، انصح بعدم التعامل معهم نهائيا
 Very very very bad experience
They are not fully committed to the deadlines, very bad installation, a delay of months, they receive the full amount in advance and then they delay in receiving the doors and purchases, I advise not to deal with them at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت مع شركة عالم المعان في الدرابزين وبكل أمانه شغلهم جداً سيء، الصاج الحديد اللي تم تركيبه فيه صدأ كما في الصورة و كذلك الدرابزين فيه فراغات لم يتم حشوها بالسليكون و هناك أخطاء في التصميم من قبلهم
مواعيد قسم الدرابزين غير موثوقه و يتعبونك بعد ما تدفع المبلغ لدرجة ارسلت لهم اني راح اغير الدرابزين كامل بحكم ان شغلكم سيء فردوا علي "الله المستعان"
I dealt with Alam Al-Ma’an Company in the balustrade, and in all honesty, their work is very bad. The iron sheet that was installed has rust as in the picture, and the balustrade also has voids that were not filled with silicon and there are errors in the design by them
The timings of the handrail department are not reliable and they tire you after you pay the amount to the point that I sent them that I will change the handrail completely because your work is bad. They replied to me “God is helper”

عدم التزام بالمواعيد اسلوب فض ومستفز وسوء بالتعامل، اعذار واهية للاسف .
انصح الجميع بعدم التعاقد معهم ابدا.
الاخ اسامة قمة في الاحترام والاخ كريم ما عداهم للاسف.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جداً ،، عدم الدقه في المواعيد ،، تعامل سيء ،، لاتوجد احترافيه في التركيب . عملت عندهم جميع انواع الابواب ،، التنفيذ سيء جداً ولا انصح به ،، وكما ذكر احدهم ( ياخذ كامل المبلغ ويماطل في التنفيذ )

وهو خدمه مابعد البيع ؟
طلبت صيانه للأبواب ضرب بويه وازاله الصدأ ؟ اول شى محاوله انكار انك عميل عندهم ! وهل عندك الفاتوره او لا !
ثم مع الاصرار اقروا وتم تصريف الموضوع وهات الموقع ونهايه الاسبوع نجى ؟؟؟لنا مده شهرين ولم يحدث شى
وبعد الاصرار يرد عليك موظف بكل استغفال ويقول
نص رده (بخصوص الدهانات
المصنع مبلغنا ان اي صيانيه بتكون بعد 60 يوم)
اى استغفال واستهبال !!!
انا طلبت صيانه وعارفه ان الخدمه لها قيمه !
بعدين وش الابواب الحديد الى من بعد تركيبها بحتاج صيانه
بعد ستين يوم !!!!!
الضمان سنتين !!! ثلاث سنوات !!!!خمس سنوات !!!!ا
اقل شى ..............
هذا اسمه بند الاستغفال والاستخفاف ، شركه الاداره فيه تفقد ابجديه التعامل مع العميل
