لا يوجد احترافيه او تتظيم في استلام الطلبات.. الكاشير يفتقد لمهارة التعامل مع الزبائن.
الاكل اقل من عادي ماعدا المربين، كان جيد والسمك بعضه له يومين او ثلاثه بالكثير وبعضه اقدم بكثير وليس طازج، وللاسف اعطونا من السمك القديم.
 The service is very bad.
There is no professionalism or organization in receiving orders ... the cashier lacks the skill to deal with customers.
The food was less than normal, except for the farmers. It was good. Some of the fish had two or three days in a lot, and some were much older and not fresh. Unfortunately, they gave us some old fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جداً جداً .. بالسابق كان فيه عامل مصري زي الحلاوه اكل نظيف وطعم رائع وأمين .. الآن هنود فيهم لكاعه وكذب وسمك معفن وطعم زيت قديم والله العظيم مايصلح للقطط والكلاب الضاله ..عدم نظافه واسعار مبالغه فيها على الخياس الي يسوونه
Very, very bad .. In the past there was an Egyptian worker like sweet, clean food and wonderful taste and honest .. Now Indians in them have a lick and lie, rotten fish, and the taste of old oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت وجبة عبر تطبيق جاهز وللاسف وصل الطلب السمك له ريحة واظن انه فاسد مع العلم اني اتصلت قبل الطلب وأكدت ضرورة ان يكون السمك جديد وتم رفع بلاغ للامانة
I ordered a meal through a ready-made application, and unfortunately the order arrived. The fish has a smell, and I think it is spoiled, knowing that I called before ordering and confirmed the need for the fish to be new, and a report was submitted to the secretariat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا المحل كما يدعي أنه فرع للشركة السعودية للأسماك.فيال الأسف أن كان كذلك. فكل البضاعة الموجودة لديهم رديئة وليست للشركة السعودية للاسماك أي علاقة.
This shop also claims to be a branch of the Saudi Fisheries Company. Unfortunately, that was the case. All the goods they have are of poor quality and the Saudi Fisheries Company has nothing to do with it.
