★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اعفن الشقق صراصير وبق وعامل نصاب الصراحه بغيت استاجر فيها لكن شفت انها لاتصلح لسكن الادمي وفوق ذا كله السعر لا انصح بالمكان حتى العزاب ما يصلح لهم وربي حرام فيه الريال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عفوا ليس كراهية ع حسب وصفكم .. انما توجود ملاحظات من يدير الشقق عامل واحد بنغالي الجنسيه هو الكاشير وعامل النظافه وعامل الاستقبال اسمه ميزان لا ينظف الشقق الا بمقابل مالي لا يذهب لخدمة النزيل مثلا بوفيه .بقالة. مغسلة ملابس ولا يقل المبلغ عن 5ريال ويزيد اضعافه .لذلك لا انصح بسكن فيها طويلا
