★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly constructed, nice and economical place to stay with family or friends. Reception and house keeping staff was good, could be better. Reception staff on Friday was terrible, I felt they grab two street boys and forced them to handle reception over weekend.

They don’t have system and they cancelled our confirmed booking after reaching and change our place to smaller one
Also no room services, no heater in the pool
No professional staff
It was a horrible experience!

We booked 2 apartments (2 bedroom Deluxe Apartment) through bookings.com but when we went for check-in, it was our surprise to see that hotel allotted us one room apartment. We asked them that our booking is different and we have booked 2 bedroom Deluxe Apartment, then they offered another 2 bedroom apartments (but not Deluxe Apartment), again we asked to allot us 2 bedroom Deluxe Apartment, then finally they allotted correct booking. I asked why he didn't allotted correct Deluxe Apartment in very first attempt. He responded that your booking charges are low so we were offering as per today's rates. The behavior of the staff was objectionable and rude.
