والشقة بشكل عام ممتازة.
Excellent accommodation, the management is flexible in dealing, and the guard is friendly and helpful.. The furniture is new and clean.
The apartment in general is excellent.

سكنت مرتين فيها وكلا الشقتين نظيفة ??
One of the best apartments for monthly and yearly housing in Buraydah
The location is very excellent and the public services are excellent, close to a supermarket and pharmacy underneath and close to restaurants in general.
The owner of the building is helpful and interested in the tenants
I stayed twice there and both apartments are clean ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمات العامة ممتازة / صيانة والنظافة للمكان والعمارة ،، صاحب العمارة خلوق ومحترم وراقي في تعامله ، العامل الموجود في العمار متعاون جداً الموقع ممتاز وقريب من اغلب المحلات وتتوفر فيه الخدمات . الشقق نظيفة والاثاث كذلك لا يوجد روائح سيئة او حشرات انصح بالسكن فيها ??
The public services are excellent / maintenance and cleanliness of the place and the architecture,, the owner of the building is generous, respectful and classy in his dealings. The worker in the building is very cooperative. The location is excellent and close to most shops and services are available. The apartments are clean and the furniture is as well. There are no bad smells or insects. I recommend staying in them ??
