★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بإختصار المجمع عبارة عن شقق حديثه للبيع ولكن الشقق صغيرة. يوجد حارس وعامل نظافه. الشاليه السطحي والكراج الأرضي يستخدم فقط من قبل سكان المجمع.
In short, the complex is a modern apartment for sale but the apartments are small. There is a guard and cleaning agent. The rooftop chalet and the ground car park are only used by the residents of the complex.
