★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقه ممتازه و نظيفه و سعرها مقبوله مقارنه بجودتها و موقعها الجيد. الملاحظة الوحيدة هي أكتمال التجهيز الداخلي (المستهلكات) و الاحتياجات الصحية بالإضافة للأدوات المطبخ.
 The apartment is excellent, clean, and the price is acceptable compared to its quality and good location. The only note is the completeness of the interior equipment (consumables) and sanitary needs in addition to the kitchen utensils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق نظيفة جدا واعتقد انها مجددة من فترة قريبة، الاستقبال أخونا المصري صاحب خلق كبير ومحترم جدا أشكره شكرا جزيلا وأيضا كافة العاملين بأمانة خلوقين جدا ونفسياتهم جميلة كجمال أبها وبإذن الله لن تكون آخر زيارة.
The apartments are very clean and I think they have been renovated recently. The reception is our Egyptian brother, he is a very respectful person. I thank him very much. Also, all the honest employees are very kind and their psyches are as beautiful as the beauty of Abha, and God willing, it will not be the last visit.

الغرفه نظيفه لكن تحتاج عناية اكتر وخصوصا موكيت الارضيات يحتاج نظافه

The receptionist is a very respectable and classy Egyptian
The price for the place is very acceptable
The room is clean, but it needs more care, especially the carpet, the floors need cleaning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أنظف الشقق التي صادفتني في المنطقة الجنوبية قاطبة، تتميز بالهدوء كذلك و جودة الاثاث.
إحترافية و مهنية الموظفين: الأخوين السعودي و المصري و حسن تعاملهما و مرونتهما في السعر دفعتني لأن أحذف كل الفنادق الاخري بأبها من مفكرتي و أخصص هذا الفندق كمكان حصري لنزولي كلما جئت أبها عابراً أو مقيماً لبعض الليالي.
أقترح توفير غلاية ماء في الغرف مع كاسات و قليل من لوازم الشاي.
One of the cleanest apartments that I have come across in the entire southern region. It is characterized by calmness and quality of furniture.
The professionalism and professionalism of the staff: the Saudi and Egyptian brothers, and their good treatment and flexibility in the price prompted me to delete all the other hotels in Abha from my diary and dedicate this hotel as an exclusive place for my stay whenever I came to Abha, passing through or staying for some nights.
I suggest providing a kettle in the rooms with glasses and few tea supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقة حليوه مجدده وعلى سعرها زين طبعا اخذت غرفتين وصالة 180 ريال بس للاسف حصلت دودة طلعت من تحت السرير وطلعت فوق السرير هذا معناته مافي نظافه عميقة ايضا المراتب قاسيه ماهي مريحة وايضا الغرف مفروشة سجاد كامله وهذا عيب اي وسخ يمسك فيها
The apartment is beautifully renovated and the price is good. Of course, I took two rooms and a hall for 180 riyals, but unfortunately a worm got out from under the bed and came out above the bed. This means that there is no deep cleanliness. Also, the mattresses are hard and not comfortable, and also the rooms are furnished with full carpets, and this is a defect, any dirt caught in them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a highly recommended apartment in abha. I love the cleanliness of the apartment and a very reasonable price (which is negotiable ?). Attendants are very approachable and available whenever you need them.
We took 2 bedroom apartment. One room with king size bed has an ensuite toilet and bath (hot water available). The other room includes two single bed, it has also an access on the balcony. There is also one toilet and bath outside the rooms. The living room itself can accommodate everyone as shown in the photos. There is also a kitchen that has a refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Washing Machine is also available.
The water pressure is average, and I think it can be improved.
Car park is also available.
