★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئه جدآ ولا تستاهل النجمه النضافه معدومه والاستقبال سيئ وكذالتعامل باستخفاف مع المستأجرين ولا يوجد أي خدمه جيده في هاذا المكان وأنصح بعدم الاستأجار فيه حتى يتم تجديد المكان بالكامل قضيت ليله فيه وخرجت منه لعدم الجديه في التعامل من الزعل نسيت ماصورت المكان

١. اتساخ المفارش للاسره
٢. أثاث متهالك
٣. دورات مياه محتاجه للصيانه
٤. بريق التسخين متسخ ووجود أوساخ داخله وريحه كريهه
٥. سجاد الشقه سي ومتسخ
٦. بعض الانارات عطلانه
٧. مطبخ صغير ومتسخ
٨. عدم التجاوب السريع مع النزيل في مشاكله
٩. الموظف السوداني تعامله ممتاز
My rating for apartments is 2 out of 10 due to some comments
1. Dirty bedspreads for the family
2. Dilapidated furniture
3. Toilets need maintenance
4. The glow of the heating is dirty, the presence of dirt inside and a bad smell
5. Flat sea carpets are dirty
6. Some of the lights are malfunctioning
7. Small and dirty kitchen
8. Failure to respond quickly to the inmate in his problems
9. The Sudanese employee has excellent treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان سيء للغاية < لا نظافة + لا تعقيم + اللفت خربان + المبلغ مبالغ فيه مقارنه في الخدمة ، اصلن مافيه خدمة من الاساس { اين وزارة السياحة اين العمل المنظم لراحة السياح} سيتم الابلاغ لان من المخجل ان يأتي سائح من الخارج ليسكن بهذا المبلغ ويحصل على هذه الخدمة السيئة .

المميزات :
1-تعامل راقي من موظف الاستقبال
2-الدور الثاني نظيف جدا اثاث جديد اسره نظيفه مرتبه
العيوب :
1-السعر مرتفع شوي
2-نوافذ الدور الثاني ماتتقفل وماعليها شبك خارجي وخطره على الأطفال خطره جدااا.
3-لايوجد احذيه لدورات المياه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عطيت نجمه وربي متحسف عليها بس كله عشان يطلع تعليقي اسوء شقه شفتها بحياتي عفن لأبعد الحدود الوالده تعبت بس بربع ساعه من ريحه العفن وطلعت سيئه سيئه لأبعد حد. والله العظيم انكتمت زوجتي وريحة الحمام والبزبوز حق المغسلة مكسور. الله لا يوفقه أعطيته ٢٥٠ وحاولت يرجعها لي لان لي ربع ساعه بس ورفض يعطينيها كاملة اخذ ١٠٠ بدون وجه حق الله لا يبارك له.

يفضل يكون معك مفارش للنوم
الأسعار مرتفعة جدا ولا تناسب الغرف
وأيضاً السيرفر عطلان
ولا يوجد فرن بالغرف
تجربة سيئة ????????????
