★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?ملاحظة مهمه ! لا يوجد مواقف ?لا يوجد مواقف ! ?لا يوجد مواقف ! ?لا يوجد مواقف ! ?وبعض المستاجرين للاسف يوقفون في مواقف العمائر المجاوره مما يعرضهم لبنشر كفراتهم او تكسير زجاج سياراتهم او خدش سياراتهم او السد عليهم اقل شيء من قبل سكان العمائر لان كل موقف مخصص لكل شقه سكنيه تقطنها عائله ومما يعرض مركباتهم للخطر كذالك ? الان هذا موقف خاص فيه ودافع عليه ايجار سنوي مما يعرضك للدعاء من قبل المستأجرين ?انا استغرب بكيفية حصولهم على تصريح وحدات سكنيه مفروشه دون التاكد من وجود مواقف للعماره السكنيه المفترض انه يكون فيه مواقف في القبو ويكون المبنى مجهز قبل ان يعطوا تصريح بذالك ؟ عماره يوجد لديها 20 شقه تقريبا و7 مواقف امام العماره فقط 5 مواقف منها للموظفين في الشقق المفروشه …

Unfortunately, some renters stop in the parking lots of neighboring buildings, which exposes them to spreading their tires, breaking their car windows, scratching their cars, or sealing them at least by the residents of the buildings, because each parking lot is designated for each residential apartment inhabited by a family, which puts their vehicles at risk as well ? Now this is a private parking lot and a motive. It has an annual rent, which exposes you to prayer by the tenants ? I am surprised by how they obtain a permit for furnished housing units without making sure that there are parking spaces for the apartment building, which is supposed to have parking in the basement and the building is equipped before they give a permit to do so? A building that has approximately 20 apartments and 7 parking spaces in front of the building, only 5 parking spaces for employees in the furnished apartments…

ولكن ? الموظف فتح الغرفه في غيابي وهذا التصرف ازعجني جدا وتركت الشقق
