It was a good experience .. I sat in it for about two weeks..the staff are very respectful and the place was clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف كان فندق ممتاز ومتميز وكنت زبون معهم بس تدني مستوى الخدمه عندهم بشكل مو طبيعي وحتى بلغت الاداره اكثر من مره ولكن مافي فايده

لكن الحمام مو نظيف أبداً وفيه ريحة سيئة جداً ولاتطاق ومستحيل ارجع عندهم ثاني لهذا السبب ..
The service is good and the location of the apartments is excellent
But the bathroom is not clean at all and has a very bad and unbearable smell and it is impossible to go back to them again for this reason..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ريحة الغرف سيئة - الموظف المصري غير متعاون وكأنك جاي تسكن عندهم ببلاش - التعامل غير جيد ابداً - العامل الهندي بعد ما وصل الشنطة والملابس للغرفه يقول جيب حق التوصيل - عموماً تجربة سيئة جداً ولا انصح بالسكن هنا
The smell of the rooms is bad - the Egyptian employee is not cooperative as if you are coming to live with them for free - the treatment is not good at all - the Indian worker after he reached the bag and clothes in the room says he pockets the right to delivery - in general a very bad experience and I do not recommend staying here
