★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ردا على المستاجر تركي ومتعب
اول شي انتم قمتم بالتلاعب على موظف الشاليه بتوقيع عقد باسم شخص اخر وانتم شباب والشاليه مخصص للعائلات ولديكم علم بذلك ولم تحترمو حتى المستاجرين الاخرين
ادخالكم الشيشه واشعال النار بالمجالس ومرفق صوره ورفع صوت السماعات وازعاج المستاجرين الاخرين رغم تنبيهكم عدة مرات وتسببتم بخروج احد المستاجرين
خروجكم الساعه السابعه صباحا وتم الاتصال وطرق الباب ورن الجرس وابلاغكم بالخروج ولم تستجيبو وخرجتم الساعه 12ظهر رغم ابلاغكم بان الشاليه تم تاجيره لعائله اخرى ولم تقدرو ذلك وخرجت ولم تدفعو حتى الساعات الزائده ولا التلفيات التي تسببتم بها
والعقد ينص بالخروج الساعه 7
لذا اردنا الرد والتوضيح لمرتادي الشاليهات ولا يشرفنا زيارتكم مره اخرى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشاليه غير مرتب والكهرب يوجد فيه عطل أرجوا الانتباه لأطفالكم
وغير كذا العامل طالع داخل براحته غير مريح للأمانه وصاحبه غير متعامل مع المستأجر ( الكهرب فيه مشكلة ) وشكرا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من المتعارف ان رضى العميل تجي في اولويات أي تاجر او صاحب عقار .. الخ
لكن ماحدث معنا اثناء استئجار الشاليه لايمت لاي صله بـ إرضاء العميل .. كان لدي ضيوف من خارج المنطقه واستأجرته للراحه ومن ثم العوده واثناء النوم في الصباح تم اغلاق الكهرباء والماء والتطفيش من الحارس حتى يتم الخروج واثنا التواصل مع الحارس للتمديد اخبرني انه لايسمح بالتمديد وعلينا الخروج بل حتى انه دخل علينا اثناء النوم وطرق البيبان بصوت عالي حتى نخرج !! وعند التواصل مع صاحب الشاليه بكل همجيه يصرخ ويطلب مننا الخروج بحجة ان هناك مستاجر سوف يأتي بعد ٧ ساعات من التشك اوت وطلبنا منه مهله حتى يتم الترتيب والخروج اضطر للوقوف حتى خرجنا .. معاملة سيئه واسلوب همجي لم اراه من قبل .. نصيحتي اذا تبي راحة بالك لا تستاجر عنده

And upon communicating with the owner of the chalet in all brutality, he shouts and asks us to go out, under the pretext that there is a tenant who will come after 7 hours of suspicion. Beware, do not hire him
