المدربين من أبناء المنطقة و روسيا وهم أبطال المملكة وحاصلين على المركز الأول والعديد من الميداليات الذهبية. وقبل هذا كله فهم قمة في الأخلاق والإحترام...المركز فيه معدات احترافية ومدربين محترفين. هذا المركز الوحيد في منطقة القصيم اللي يجمع بين الكروس فت والكيك بوكسنق.
الأسعار مناسبة جدا جدا مقابل ما يقدمونه.

وبالطبع للاعمار الاكبر فيه تمارين كثيرة مثل البوكسنق والمصارعة الرومانية وغيرها
