★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستوى تحت المتوسط فلا يوجد ملعب والمسبح صغير كما أن التليفزيون لا يعمل بحجة أن الريسيفر سرق قبل ذلك من بعض المستأجرين وأن الريموت يضيع والمكان صغير نسبيا ولا يناسب إلا أسرة محدودة العدد.
