Everything was of a very high standard and it was kept sparkling clean (very good quality towels and bedding etc.) Every single member of staff was extremely pleasant to deal with and a very BIG thank you to the manager Mr Ahmed Youssif for accommodating our large group at the last minute and looking after us so well (they even arranged for us to have our PCR tests done at the hotel to save us going to a clinic - it was such a big help). Excellent service! Excellent hotel! 100% recommend?
