★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وقح جداً جداً تعامل موظف الاستقبال ، اتصلت عليهم بعد ما استأجرت السيارة بستفسر عن شغله الموظف المداوم على الريسبشن ما كان يعرف الجواب و سأل العامل الهندي الموجود معه ، لما جيت أسلم السيارة الموظف المتواجد ذاك الوقت رفع علي المبلغ بحجة أن الموظف اللي سألته على التليفون جديد و مو غلطته " هذا موظف جديد ما يتحمل الغلط " قلت أنا أتحمله يعني؟ قال ايه، وش بيفرق معك؟ " بقصد لو زاد عليك المبلغ وش بيفرق. ما شفت أسوء من اسلوبه و وقاحته و اتصلت على خدمة العملاء اشتكي من الأسلوب السيء و ردت علي وحدة مصرية واضح من بيتها و حولها صوت صياح أطفال؟ و قالت سيتم التعامل مع الموضوع و تعويضك و لكن ما شفت شي.
كل تجربتي سييييئة معهم و لا أنصح أبداً ولا يهمني تعويضهم و لو فيه أقل من نجمة حطيت
