★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بسم الله والحمد لله... أولاً لولا الأذواق لبارت السلع وأنا اضع هنا رأيي الشخصي فما لايعجبني قد يعجب غيري والعكس ...
موقع الشقق ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات، لكن...لم تستثمر بالشكل المأمول... الشقق لا انصح بها إلا في حال تجديدها...فرش السرر غير نظيف واعتقد غير مغسول ...الحمامات متهالكة والمطبخ كذلك وأفياش الكهرب بالإضافة لوجود الحشرات...المكيفات لا يوجد بها ريش تحكم الهواء بالإضافة لعدم وجود شبكة واي فاي...حقيقة لم أرد أن اذكر ذلك لكن هذا مالاحظته ووجب علي ذكره...نتمنى من المستثمر أو المالك القيام بالتجديد ولا مانع من أخذ مبلغ إضافي على المستأجر كتأمين يرجع له بعد تسليم الشقة إذا كانت بوضع سليم...اسأل الله أن يفتح عليك ويرزقك الرزق الحلال وكل من مر من هنا.
