★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع ممتاز ومطل رائع .. نظيف لكن يحتاج صيانة لبعض الاشياء .. الحشرات تدخل مع باب البلكونة فلو يوضع شبك سحاب مثل النوافذ او ستارة هوائية .. لا يوجد لديهم انترنت .. باب البلكونة ليس عليه قفل .. الصالة مفتوحة على المسبح مما يضيع هواء المكيف .. لا يوجد فرن او غلاية .. يوجد ثقب في زجاج المطبخ وباب الشاليه مما يكشف اهل البيت .. شبكة زين تعمل بشكل جيد .. السعر غالي 400 لليلة رغم ان الوقت صيف والمكان فارغ ..

التكييف شوي لك عليه يمكن بحكم الابواب مفتوحه أثناء وجود الاولاد في المسبح لكن بشكل عام ممتاز للعوائل العاملين متعاونيين جداجدا اي شي تبيه يتم توفيره

ذهبت مع عائلتي لمشاهدة الشالية حتى نتمكن من الأختيار المناسب، وكان الموظف الباكستاني متواجد وقبل الإنتهاء من الإطلاع على الشالية، جاء الباكستاني يقول (هيا بسرعه) مع العلم بأنه لا يوجد زحمة ولا يوجد أحد في الإنتظار يرغب مشاهدة الشالية، فحاولت أن أفهمه بكل أحترام بأنه غير صحيح هذا التصرف مع العملاء ولكن هو للإحترام بعيد، ولكن لم تعجبه النصيحة ولم يحترم عميل أو عائله، فطلبت منه رقم صاحب الشالية حتى أبلغه بالمشكلة ولكنه رفض وقال لن أعطيك الرقم إذا كنت تريد صاحب الشالية تعال في وقت ثاني وتجده في الشالية.
ومن هنا أتنمى من صاحب الشالية أن يكون محل ثقة العميل وأنه يقوم بتوجية سلوك الموظف وأن يكون أكثر مهنية ويتعامل بإحترام وتقدير للعملاء.

I went with my family to see the chalet so that we could make the right choice, and the Pakistani employee was present and before we finished looking at the chalet, the Pakistani came saying (come on quickly), knowing that there is no traffic and there is no one waiting to see the chalet, so I tried to understand him respectfully that This behavior with customers is not true, but it is for respect, but he did not like the advice and did not respect a customer or his family, so I asked him for the number of the owner of the chalet until he informed him of the problem, but he refused and said I will not give you the number if you want the owner of the chalet, come at a second time and find it in the chalet.
Hence, I hope from the owner of the chalet that he be trusted by the client and that he directs the employee’s behavior and that he be more professional and treats clients with respect and appreciation.
