Sephora Al Hamra is one of the worst exhibitions..no respect for the customer..barbarism in dealing with female employees..the management is very bad with many problems..very bad treatment devoid of respect..visit the branch and judge for yourself..customers are expelled from the front door ? I wish every one He visits..writes his experience for us..this is my experience, and unfortunately I will not repeat it for sure..if there is no respect for the customer, why should I return to him..he is not like the Sephora of the Kingdom, God makes them happy.

We went to the store there was almost 5 or 6 ladies working there
One of them was doing everything, helping costumers and working at the cashier
3 of them were next to the cashier chatting in a very loudly and so unprofessional
When asked for the manager or supervisor she came and she pretended as she didn’t hear any costumer asking for help nor see costumers waiting at the cashier
Was very rude she said we were working but that wasn’t the truth
I had to leave the store without buying because of the service and attitude and others did too
If Sephora cares a serious action should be taken
