★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من فضلك عندي شكوي كبيره وفعلا زعلانه جدا انهرده روحت فرع الرياض حي الورود وانتظرت في الشارع لوجود زحمه داخل المحل ومعي إبني صغيير. و انتظرت آكتر من نصف ساعه ومع خروج السيدات من المحل الموظفه رفضت دخولي ومنعتني من دخول المحل وصممت إني اقف في الداخل من هوا الشتاء ومع رضيع والموظفه إلي منعتني قولتلها عايزه المديره قالتلي أنا المديره ورفضت دخولي وبعد نقاش بقلة ذوق منها دخلت واول واخر مره ولا انصح أحد بالذهاب اليكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online, one of which was a “chocolate brown gel eyeliner “ and i got a “Brow pomade dark brown. I called the store and the staff was arguing that i was mistaken and that was the “color” I ordered and they should basically know the difference between a gel eyeliner and a brow pomade. Another thing was that i ordered a turquoise gel eyeliner and they sent me tropical eyeliner pencil. And I’m sure both have different prices but they didn’t even consider that. Very bad first experience I don’t even want to try the products and I’m giving 2 stars just for the fast delivery.
