★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Separate in nakheel mall is A very big branch for make up. Sephora has so many variety of makeup of many brands . All brands are very well known . Some of the brands are only available at Sephora. Very good face masks are available here . Very good skin care products are available here. Very good make up foundation are available here Very good concealer are available here. Very good variety of compact powders are available here. Some glittery eye shades are also available here. Many beautiful eye makeup pallette are available here. So many good eye brow products are available here. Very good variety of lashes are available here.

The employees here are usually incompetent and never ready to help but the experience today has made me want to write a review. I am a black card holder in Middle East and VIB rouge in North America and a regular shopper at Sephora worldwide. I went in store today to pick up my birthday gift. The lady at the counter named SAHAR extremely rudely said go to any other branch and pick up your birthday gift without even looking at me. When I asked if she had nothing at all, she looked annoyed and said you’re a black card holder we don’t have anything for this card here. I asked her if she could help me by calling another branch nearby and confirming if they had it so I wouldn’t drive needlessly and she extremely rudely told me to go and check for myself as she is not free to make calls and doesn’t even know their numbers! What? Staff at Tala mall last year helped me by doing that for which I will always be grateful. This is how you represent this company? Shame on this I’ll trained disgrace of a woman!

So I visited the store today after a hiatus of a few years, nothing has changed. In fact it has become worse. I wanted to get my 200 points gift and as expected, the lady immediately said we are sold out go to another branch. They are such liars, every single time they say the same thing! They have said the same thing for birthday gifts for three years straight! Believe it or not. They are thrives who take everything themselves and are least interested in generating sales. Customer service in Saudi is the worst, but these people take the cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing I noticed when me and my mom walked in the store was that the atmosphere wasn't welcoming at all. There was this one worker in particular who kept glaring at me and my mom, which made us very uncomfortable. Non of the workers were willing to help me and my mom look for things. Lastly the female Filipino workers were talking bad about us saying we didn't have enough money to buy things, it really made me and my mom want to leave the store, but we ended up buying the perfumes we wanted thankfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded shop, everything is thrown everywhere nothing is organized well, one lady was super nice and gave me samples but the cashier was rude! I asked her for the national day box and she refused to give me anything although my total exceeded 700 SR so I left everything and order online, my order came after 2 days and I got up to 10 gift some of them were full size !! Never coming back to this place !

A sephora employee followed me outside of the shop accusing me of taking a benefit mascara, and she insisted on me showing her where i have placed the mascara! I politely re-entered the shop to show her where i have placed it!!! She embarrassed me in front of everyone and didn’t even bother to say that she’s sorry! I cant believe this unprofessionalism and personally i think your staff should be trained on how to act in a respectful and considerate manner!!!!!!!!!
