★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To return your merchandise you need to stand on a long line for about 30 minutes while three cashiers standing without autherization to refund money. It is absolutely unnecessary step towards costumers , which should be changed. It is humiliating to do so.

If we could only get the employees to greet customers, and be on the selling floor instead of in the back watching videos, it would be a winner.
I literally had to approach the employee in the stockroom only to find what I wanted was out of stock. Quite disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the products are excellent but the female cashier should improve her communication with the customer in addition to know the stock availability!
We showed her one product if it’s available or not and she responds by “not available” then , UNFORTUNATELY we found it with different sizes and features !!!
In conclusion: excellent products with bad staff
