★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SP employees are heroes. Truly struggling through each day to service us all. Yet. They always end up facing some messy clients that believed that they're privileged over everyone else and would interrupt and yell and spit around and act like absolute barbarians. And that's how ordinary clients end up wasting a whole hour to receive a package. Remember (low service quality is not the employees fault... it's the consequence of some clients that act like monkeys)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service due to a shortage of staff, which resulted in making me stand outside in a queue for an hour to receive my tiny package. Also, the security guy has an attitude with people. I know managing a crowd is dreadful, but you don't need to show it.
If you have a delivery option, do pick it! It worth every amount... Trust me, you don't want to have such an experience...
