But I want to take swab out side saudhi german hospital .that is the reason I went to that hospital.but I don't know how many hours it will take I went 10 am morning now time 1:30 pm still I am waiting out side they are not allowed Inside also . I having complaints of head ache, sore throat , and full body pain some times severing . If these conditions also no one not care well . What I will do . Very worst experience in Hospital in my life . I really feeling bad . For my self this much for other what they will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother was admitted last July 27,2020 during the pandemic . Because he had heart surgery. And yesterday August 27, he was released, Alhamdulillah because he is fully recovered. ALHAMDULILLAH he was fully cared by the staff nurse and the doctor's Especially to the Filipino male nurse who always Update us on his condition. Thank you so much to brother Justin, sorry I don't know your full name? but I know u are a good person had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think they understand how appointments system works. Booking an appointment here is useless. Every time I book an appointment and came 15 min before the appointment time but still I had to wait at least 1:30 to 2 hours at the waiting room before I see the doctor, let alone the unwelcoming bad reception. I have had raised many complaints but nothing has changed. THEY DO NOT care about the patients . They care about their MONEY. Today I have had enough it will be my last visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outpatient clinic staff are careless, slow and ineffecient despite having a booked appointment I had to wait for 2 hours! The hospital facility is old and rusty. Polyclinics are probably 100 times better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İ would give the doctors 4 stars. But I'm giving 1 star because of my experience there 17.08.20.
The front office is very incompetent. The receptionist took over 15 minutes to just give me the slip. She was taking help on phone, i guess she did not know how to use the app. İn the emergency, the nurse pricked my wife several time and she couldn't inject the needle properly. Blood was oozing out and then a another nurse came in her place. This is the situation if the emergency department. Allah help the patients. The receptionist are really really incompetent and have no regards to others.
