الأسعار جداً مناسبة وحتى عملولي خصم لما طلبت من الدكتور
عملت أسناني كلها ولسا باقيلي جلستين واكيد رح أكمل عندهم بصراحة شغل جميل وأسعار جداً مناسبة والكل يستقبلك بابتسامة ورحابة صدر
أنصحكم بالدكتور محمد اللطفو للأسنان ولا تحسوا بألم وذكر الله دايماً على لسانه ما شاء الله

One of the finest clinics I have been to, may God bless you. I called the doctor two hours ago and made an appointment. I came on time and received me.
The prices are very reasonable, and they even made me a discount when I asked the doctor
I got all my teeth done, and I still have two sessions left, and I'm sure I will continue with them, frankly, a nice job, very reasonable prices, and everyone welcomes you with a smile and openness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه اقل من نجمه قيمته د سناء الشاعر جاء وقت تتقاعد وترتاح وتريح الطب اتطور وهي واقف فيها الزمن وجودها وعدمه واحد لا تسمع للمريض ولا تشخص غير راضيه تماما عن التجربه ولن اكررها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ عيادة بالمدينة والدكاتره حرام فيهم دكاترة ناس بلا اخلاق ولا احترام ، اخذت رقم من الاستقبال عند محمد اللطفي وكان رقمي ٦ وكان واصل رقم ٤ يعني باقي ٢ بس ، تخيلو دخل قبلي ٥ اشخاص وانا جالس بالنتظارر ساعتين وااخر شئ اقوم واكلمة يقولي انا اصلا كلمت الاستقبال ما استقبل احد ورفض يستقبلني !!!!؟؟؟ طيب والناس الي دخلتهم الي بدون رقم ؟؟؟!! والله والله وقتي الي راح تراه بذمتك الى يوم الدين
The worst clinic in the city, and the doctors are forbidden among them. Doctors are people who have no morals or respect. I took a number from the reception at Muhammad Al-Lutfi and my number was 6 and he continued to the number 4, meaning only 2 left. Imagine 5 people entered before me and I was sitting waiting for two hours. No one received and refused to receive me!!!??? Ok, and the people you entered without a number???!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاسنان سئ جدا جدا جدا تاخذ موعد ورقم وتطلع تنتظر عند العيادة ومحد يناديك ولا يفكر فيك ويدخل قدام عينك ناس بدون حجز ولا رقم وااااخر شئ يقولي خلاص وقفنا استقبال بعد ساعتيين يا ناس بالله هذا مستوصف محترم ؟؟؟!!!
اتوقع اسم الدكتور اللطفو
بس اقول الحمدلله انهم ما استقبلوني عادي اخسر ساعتين من وقتي ولا اخسر اسناني !!!
The teeth are very, very, very bad. You take an appointment and a number and you wait at the clinic and no one calls you and does not think about you and enters in front of your eyes, people without reservation or number and the last thing to say is OK, we stopped receiving after two hours, people, by God, this is a respectable clinic???!!!

I just say, praise be to God, that they did not receive me. I usually lose two hours of my time and do not lose my teeth!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصفتي كطبيب في المجمع احببت الرد على بعض الاخوة ممن علق بتعليقات سلبية
١.الاحقية بالدخول للعيادة لصاحب الموعد المحجوز مسبقا وللحالات الاسعافية الطارئة
٢.في النظام المتبع في المجمع يفترض على المريض ان يراجع الاستقبال ويحصل على رقم الدور ويذهب للعيادة ويضع رقمه في مكان مخصص على باب العيادة كي تعرف الممرضة بوجود المريض بالانتظار ويتم ادخاله حسب ظروف العيادة بالترتيب
اما وان يجلس المريض بالانتظار ويحتفظ بالرقم لديه دون ابلاغ الممرضة بوجوده ويجلس وينتظر دون ان يناديه احد فهذا خطا من المريض وليس من العيادة
٣.بالنسبة للاسعار فهي محددة من قبل الادارة وعليها موافقة من الصحة وليست محددة من الطبيب
فالطبيب يقتصر دوره على تقديم الخدمة الطبية بافضل وضع
اقول لكل من علق بكلمة غير لائقة فليتق الله وليضع امام عينيه قول رب العالمين
مايلفظ من قول الا لديه رقيب عتيد
