★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m disappointed with the service, my training went well no complaints
But why is it when i wanted to book the final test the receptionist responsible at the desk refused to book it? And told me to call the next day for no reason, i try to call for two days and the line is disconnected!!! And so i have to attend and wait for over 40mins just to book an exam!! The task it self takes 5 minutes to do!!! You need to work on your employees and your customer service in general
Let alone the fact that when you finally book an exam you don’t send the student details about wether it’s confirmed, which buliding etc
I had to walk to 3 buildings which caused me to be late for my exam
PLEASE WORK BETTER ON YOUR SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the worst experience here.They promised a refund but never did.
I applied for training driving at this school last year. I waited three months after paying the full amount and no one contacted me. Later, since I was going back to China, I went to the school to apply for a refund. The person in charge of refunds at the school told me that as long as I wrote an email within half a year, I would get a full refund. So I wrote emails within half a year but no one paid any attention. Later, I came back to China, but the money has not been refunded. So I asked my friend to go to the school to find the person in charge of refunds and ask for a refund. But it's been eight months and no one has given me a refund. My friend went there many times. They asked for all my information and promised a refund. But still not going back. I think it's haram for them to do this. I never started the course, I wrote emails at their request, and went to coordinate with them again and again. And I don't plan to go back to Saudi Arabia either, I'm in China. Then each of them promised a refund but never did. So this school doesn't have a good reputation. I also ask anyone who sees this message to help me get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star was given because i have to! Absolutely the worst experience i throwed my money at. Unfortunately it doesn’t match the needs of their trainees.. only if i could go back on time..
+ I have been calling both of numbers they have, yet no answer at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst driving school that I’ve ever seen!
The trainer was so helpful and patient and also very responsible person and love to help, but the problem is from who do the evaluation to you, she said the order without take care of car or others in the road and wants from you to move fast right now with take care of the road ! her eyes on ipad over time! She doesn’t care about safety and don’t tell me I’m wrong, the examineer is not wrong!
They want me to retake the exam again due to this examineer !
Those examineer are not professional at all and if they see you drive car so good and smoothly they will failed you and take the exam again!
Also, all the cameras inside the car and outside are not working cause if you have any concern you cannot proof it!
I don’t know why Absher doesn’t investigate on them! They are cheating they are so bad and non behavioral person
And they didn’t answer on phone! Actually the line is just disconnected overtime !
The fees are very high according to their bad service and behavior! and they want me to pay more
At the end, trainers are so good but the examineer are not!
I recommend you to take the driving course out of this bad place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid full price in 2021 and have cleared my written exam. It’s been 10 months and no one has contacted me to take classes. There’s no way to contact them and the number provided does not work. I can’t believe I got robbed for 3000 riyals and there’s no way to get it back. Please can someone help in this matter? Who do I complain to ? How can we report this? And it’s not only me there’s a lot of people who have lost their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service . They are are taking long time to respond. Even though you need to pay full fees upfront, they are not going to call you until you chase them wildly. We did the Wittenbrink test around 4 months ago and they promised us that they’d call us in maximum two weeks .Today when we came to ask about the training after passing the written test with more than 90%, they said as your their system she was failed !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Super horrible service. The operations supervisor does not help at all. I had waited for 6 months to get my appointment for 1 hour lesson. When i finally got here supervisor told me the process is just 2 days. I came from jeddah and im staying at the hotel just to get my license and everyday i go there they give me different answers. 1-2 days, 1 week, 1 month. The call center lady is extremely rude and just shouts on call. Has absolutely zero manners.
Terrible experience. Train your staff better. This is not an impossible place to run
