They do not even know what they are doing. They charged be 900Sar for fixing my mobile but the receptionist was not able to explain what they were going to repair. Just told me to come to the service centre. No body from this centre has professional mindset.

Only one employee availble and all other desks are empty. It took them very long time to fix the device. I should think twice before buying any samsung products again in Saudi Arabia.

STOP Purchasing SAMSUNG TV's. i have a 55 inch Curved TV, and to fix the issue as you see in the image, it costs 4400 Saudi Riyals. BRAND NEW Samsung 55 Inch TV Crystal UHD 4k cost 2899 SAR. What kind of scam is this? what kind of service is this?

Three Samsung customer ser is representative, all of the useless and not helpful. Even not providing any useful information about the warranty with a broken phone screen. If there is less than one star I would put it on.

They close before the end of working hours. They ignore my description of the problem. They never let me talk to the technician. As a result, the technician never fixed my phone’s issue. Basically wasted more than a month only to get my phone with the issue still there. No doubt worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Not a good customer experience. Changed my phone display and spoiled front camera . Have to come again to fix it.

My galaxy s20 ultra screen got disfuntional after the latest August update. The technician told me this a screen problem but won't fix it under warranty due to minor scratches on the frame of the phone. The phone screen is perfectly fine and clean with no one single scratch. But they denied to fix the phone and asked me to pay. I literally bought the phone thinking Samsung after sale service is the best, but I realized it's totally the opposite of that. Normally, with the condition of my phone, they should have taken my phone and fixed it under warranty. I can assure you that the scratches on the frame are minor and not on the screen at all. This is unacceptable. Look at the photos attached and judge yourself

# This is an authorized service center for the Samsung smartphones and other devices. # This was at prime location so there are lot of space for parking. # Shop was not too busy, very less crowded. # Just show your tawakkalna and get in, there is a automatic ticket generating machine where you can get the ticket based on your complaint. # Lady staffs in all the counters, once our ticket number blinks then go to the counter # They speak english so no issues for expatriates. # They service only for the products purchased in KSA, for other country products they do not have any spare parts. Cheers..!!!
