★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذت جهاز تحليه للماء ملحق ببراده. ممتاز وكذلك مواعيد الصيانه وتغيير الفلاتر ممتاز لكن الأسعار تزداد للصيانه من حيث قطع الغيار واجرة العامل الفنيي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة التقييم العالي للفني اللي ركب لنا البراده اسمه (صديق) خلوق ومنصح ويعمل بإخلاص شديد حتى أنه رجع من بكره يشوف مشكلة فلاتر الحنفيه اللي مركب من كم سنه ،علما ان زيارته الاساسيه لتركيب البراده وطلبت منه إعادة ضبط نسبة الملوحة للجهازين للمرة الثانيةوضبطها بكل ترحيب وسعة صدر، مثله مكسب لسمنان ويعطي انطباع حسن لخدمة مابعد البيع

بالنسبة للبراده كوريه نظام رقمي لازالت تحت التجربه وكانت خيار مجبربن عليه لتوفير مياه بارده و بديلة للمياه المعبأه اللي اخذه حيز بالثلاجة. اهم شي حرصت على ضبط الملوحة بحيث ماتنقص عن 200 خاصه بمياه الشرب. وإن شاء الله يكون لي تقييم أكثر بعد التجربة.
تعديلا للتعليق اسوأ مافي موضوع هالبراده الموظف السعودي بالمحل اللي على طريق عثمان للأسف الشديد ماكان أبدا ناصح لنا ! سألته مرتين اذا كان بالموقع أقل سعر او فيه عرض وقال لا ولثقتي به مارحت اتأكد من الموقع ! واشتريناها لأكتشف بعد كم يوم ان الموقع ارخص وفيه خصم ويحصل عليه عروض كل مده ! ودي افهم وش استفاد بتسليكة لنا باسلوب غريب !علما اني تواصلت بحسابهم بتويتر ومافيه أي تجاوب أو تبرير لتصرف البائع الله يهديه!

And we bought it to discover after how many days that the site is cheaper and has a discount and gets offers for each period! I would like to understand what benefited him by offering us in a strange way! Note that I contacted their Twitter account and there is no response or justification for the seller’s behavior, may God guide him!

الخدمات ما بعد البيع سيئة من ناحية الصيانة مواعيدهم في الاوقات العادية ٣ اسابيع الى شهر !!
اما بعد القطع الغيار لا تتوفر و تقعد اشهر نتظر ولا تجي و ينطرون انكم تشترون جهاز جديد !!
Prices are high!

اشتريت جهاز التحلية ، فني التركيب سيء
ركب الجهاز ورفض يشل كراتين الجهاز والاكياس وترك المطبخ متسخ، وبعد خروجه صار في الجهاز تهريب ماء ايضاً تهريب في علبة الماء وقدمت شكوى مرتين وبلغتهم انه يوجد تهريب والمطبخ اصبح مليء بالماء ولم يتم التجاوب ، اضطريت لاحضار سباك لاصلاحه،
البدلاء كثير الاهم فني التركيب والخدمه بعد البيع .
