Beware of the technicians. You see them as swindlers, one of them has been stolen after we stole how many customers and the second is an Egyptian Abo a hair bundle because of a simple problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئية للغاية .. يوجد موظف مصري ظخم الجسم نصاب كذب علي مرتين وخرب علي جهاز !! ركبت من عندهم أكثر من ١٠ أجهزة وندمت على هالشيئ .. للأسف كذلك إدارة مماطلة وغير جادة ولا عندهم حرص على زباينهم البتة.. بالمختصر لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم وعندي كل مايثبت صحة كلامي !!!
Too bad.. There is an Egyptian employee who is a huge scammer who lied to me twice and ruined a device!! I installed more than 10 devices from them and regretted this..Unfortunately, the administration is also procrastinating and not serious and they are not keen on their customers at all.. In short, I do not recommend dealing with them and I have everything that proves the correctness of my words!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا ماتعاملت مع الفنيين تبعهم لكن ما انصح فيهم "بالشحن" لانهم يتعاملون مع شركات شحن سيئه جداً وغير معروفه ومع ذلك طلبت من موظف الشركة يوصل الشحنة لعندي طلب مني ١٥٠ ريال رسوم توصيل !!
I have not dealt with technicians who follow them, but I do not advise them to “ship” because they deal with very bad and unknown shipping companies. However, I asked the company’s employee to deliver the shipment to me. He asked me for 150 riyals for delivery fees!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بتعامل معهم ناس كذابه خاصةً واحد عندهم اسمه حسن سوري ، فنين التركيب ما يعرفون شغلهم ، ولاسف بعد ما ركبت من عندهم واحتجت منهم صيانة الفلاتر ، يعطوني موعد ويسحبون ولما اتصل عليهم ما يردون , حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل على اشكالكم ، وان شاء الله بينا وزارة التجارة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخدت من عندهم فلتر من سنتين ممتااااز ماشاءالله عليهم كل ٦ اشهر بيتواصلو معي عشان الصيانة الدورية ، المهندس اللي يجي يغير الفلاتر قمة بالادب و الاحترام
اسعارهم معقولة و جودة ممتازة ???? انصح بهم وبشدة ??
I took a filter from them two years ago, excellent, God willing. Every 6 months, they contact me for regular maintenance. The engineer who comes to change the filters is the most polite and respectful.
Their prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent ???? I highly recommend them ??
