★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوأ التجارب، ياخذون الفلوس و بعدها ما يتابعون العامله ، طلبنا من خدمة معروفه ، العامله هناك بتعطيني مستجدات احسن منهم، ارجع اكلمهم الاقيهم يقولولي باقي تعمل كذا و كذا و هي بتكون اصلا عملتهم و خلصت ، و ما يزودوك بأي مستجدات الا اذا اتصلت و مرات ما يردون ، العقد مكتوب بيه اقصى حد ٣ شهور، صارلنا ٤ شهور في مماطلات مالها داعي و احنا في امس الحاجه لها بسبب الظروف
و حافظين نفس الكلام يعيدوه كل مره باقيلها اسبوعين الى ٣ و لما تقلهم تأخرت يرددون نفس الكلام اسبوعين الى ثلاث
بالاضافه انهم دفعونا تنقلاتها و سفرها الداخلي و اكلها و شربها في بلدها و ما قالولنا من البدايه انه احنا نتكفل بذلك، ما دام كدا ليش ياخذون مبلغ وقدره عشان بس يحجزو التكت و شوية فحص طبي!!!!، يا ليت شفنا التعليقات قبل التعاقد

And they keep the same words, they repeat it every time, we leave it two to three weeks, and when you tell them it is late, they repeat the same words for two to three weeks.
In addition, they paid us for her transportation, her internal travel, and her food and drink in her country, and what they told us from the beginning is that we take care of this, as long as this is not the case, so why do they take an amount and an amount just to book tickets and a medical examination!!!!, I wish we had seen the comments before contracting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قدمت على خدمة معروفة للإستقدام من الفلبين عن طريق مساند والآن لهم ٣ أشهر ونصف ولا زال للحديث بقية ..! مشكلتهم مكتبهم اللي يتعاملون معه بالفلبين سيء وبطيء بالإجراءات ولا يبلغ المشرّف هنا بالتحديثات اول بأول لاني على تواصل مع العاملة وتبلغني وش سوت وهم يبلغوني بنفس الشي بعدها بأسبوع ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف المكتب سيء جدا في التعامل و مماطل و يتساهل في تقديم حقوق و خدمات العملاء و في المقابل لا يتنازل عن اي حق من حقوقه
تم الاستقدام من قبلهم بتاريخ ٣٠مايو و الى الان لم تصل العامله .. و مازلت في شد و جذب معهم
انا اصبحت الموظف الذي يسرع الاجراءات و يتصل على المكتب في الفلبين و يعرف ماللاوراق الناقصة و يبلغهم بها
اخر مرره اتعامل معهم و لا انصح اي شخص بالتعامل معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع الاسف المكتب مخادع وتم طلب مني الغاء العقد لتغيير الجنسية حتى لا يقعون في غرامات مالية وعند الغاء العقد للتقديم على جنسية اخرى تم خصم ١٠٪ من قبلهم لان الالغاء تم من قبلي، ولو تركت العقد مفتوح لخصم منهم للتاهر في توفير الخادمه. طبعا الالغاء بعد ٤ اشهر من الانتظار.
اذا ما يهمك الوقت في توفير الخادمة ٦ اشهر وممكن سنه معهم وما يهمك ان فلوسك يخصم منها مبالغ في حال الالغاء تعاقد معهم.
حتى وان كان هنالك تعاقد يوجد ميثاق ولابد ان تؤدى المواثيق.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تجربة سيئة جدا مع خدمة معروفة. حسب العقد يلتزم المكتب باحضار العاملة خلال شهر ونص والآن مرت ٨ أشهر والمكتب يُماطل ولا ويعطي أي توقع لموعد وصول العاملة ولا يوجد أحد صاحب قرار بالمكتب يمكن الاستفسار منه عن الوضع أو التواصل معه ويبدو أن مبدأ رضا العميل غير متواجد بتاتا في أجنده المكتب ولا من ضمن سياسته.
