طبعاً تعليقي هذا بعد معاناة اشهر اقسم بالله وربي شاهد على كلامي
تجربتي مع العاملات الاندونيسيات الي المفروض انهم الافضل خاصة مع السعر الخرافي
مع الاسف مع هذي الشركة جاني أسوأ عاملات اندونيسيات مروا علي تقريبا خلال ٥ شهور جاني منهم ٦ وكل وحدة أسوأ من الثانيه غلطتي اني تدبست معهم بعقد والا والله ما اصبر عليهم وعلى عاملاتهم وتعاملهم..
وحدة من العاملات هربت ووحدة بعد ما اخذتها طلع فيها كورونا والى اليوم اطالب بتعويض ايام العزل الي ماشتغلت فيها .. ووحدة جايتني فيها قمل ?
باختصار عاملاتهم لانظافه ولا احترام قال ايش قال مدربات !!
كل وحدة اخذها انا اعلمها الشغل من الالف اقسم بالله اني اتعب معهم وانا اعلمهم مايعرفون حتى يشغلون المكنسة الكهربائيه مايعرفون ولا شي حرفيا ولا شي حتى النظافة الشخصية انا اعلمهم كيف تهتم بنفسها..
وبعدين اتعب واعلم وبعد فترة اكتشف انها ماتنظف زين شغل اي كلام وتركض للجوال واذا حاجيتها ليه مو شغلها نظيف قالت خلاص رجعيني للشركة !!!!!!
والله لو فيه رادع او عقاب من الشركة على عدم احترام او عدم نظافة مايسوون كذا ..
غير اني اخذهم وابتلش فيهم اطلع لها بطاقة جوال واسوي لها توكلنا واكمل الجرعات وبالنهاية تضرب عن الشغل بدون اي سبب مع العلم ان المفروض اني استلمها جاهزة مو
شغلتي اراكض واسوي كل شي
باختصار نصيحة لوجة الله لاتاخذون من عندهم انا مجربة شركات غيرهم وربي مامر علي زي عاملاتهم.

Unfortunately, with this company, I got the worst Indonesian workers who passed me by almost within 5 months, 6 of them came to me, and every unit is worse than the second.
One of the workers ran away, and one unit after I took it, the Corona came out, and to this day I demand compensation for the days of isolation that I did not work in.. and a unit that I got lice in it ?
In short, their workers are for cleanliness and no respect. What did the trainers say?!
Every unit I take I teach them to work from a thousand, I swear to God that I get tired with them and I teach them what they know until they turn on the vacuum cleaner, they don't know anything, literally, nothing even personal hygiene. I teach them how to take care of themselves..
And then I get tired and know, and after a while I discover that she is not cleaning Zain, do any talking and run to the mobile, and if you need her, why not her job is clean, she said, OK, take me back to the company!!!!!!
I swear to God, if there is a deterrent or punishment from the company for not respecting or not being clean, what they do is like this..
However, I took them and swallowed them. I found a mobile card for her, settled our trust in her, completed the doses, and in the end, she went on strike for no reason, knowing that I was supposed to receive her ready.
My job is to run and do everything
In short, advice for God's sake, do not take from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيء جداً وما فيه أي حفظ لحق العميل!!! على كل شيء غرامة حتى لو الغلط منهم؟ جبت خادمة بعد نص ساعة دخلت فيها المنزل قالت كبير وأنا مسوية عملية ورفضت العمل، رحت لهم قالوا غرامة ١٥٠٠؟؟؟ أخذت عاملة ثانية رحت جلست يوم كامل قالت أنا تعبانة لازم ورفضت العمل !! أروح لهم يقولون اي نعرف تعبانه لكن ما عطوني خبر قبل؟؟ ودفعوني المبلغ كامل وهي ما جلست ولا يوم!! راح أصعد الموضوع وأوصله للجهات المختصة ولكن أنصح الكل يحذر من نصبهم

I go to them and they say we know how tired he is, but they didn't give me any news before?? They paid me the full amount and she didn't sit for a day!! I will raise the issue and bring it to the competent authorities, but I advise everyone to warn against setting them up

لأنهم بياخذون الفلوس ويخلونك تنتظر ممكن يخلص رمضان وانت باقي تنتظر . يسوون عقود جديدة ويستقبلون طلبات ولاعندهم عاملات متوفرات أنا طلبت من قبل رمضان وللحين ماجت يقولون إذا توفرت عطيناك والفلوس معد ترجع يخلونك معلق لا انت اللي رحت شركه ثانيه ولاهم اللي جابوا لك العاملة ... اللهم هل بلغت

Item 3 of the terms and conditions clearly indicates that the upon arrival to the residence an allocated grace period of 5 minutes is provided after which the appointment is cancelled and non-refundable.
Upon checking home cameras they had not arrived to the residence and considered it a no show.
I am currently awaiting their response to my complaint.
