Rooms are cramped for space which is very usual for hotels in Mecca.
Cleanliness was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here twice. First time I wasn’t happy with the room that’s located on the first floor, it was smelly, fridge did not work, there was rotten in it and the toilet was dirty. My second stay was on 6th floor its good, the room is clean “not smelly” and the fridge is working fine, the toilet is clean which makes the hotel suitable to stay for the holy place
