★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derum Salon is the best Salon that I tried the pedicure and manicure with them .. The crew are very nice and professionals. The owner is so classy, elegant and modest. It was awesome experience for me and I highly recommend to visit. (Their coffee is so good).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this salon for over a year now, the staff is super friendly and professional. Starting from entering the place Amy is always smiling and super nice.
Fatimah is very good in waxing, she makes sure her work is perfect and you’re happy with it.
Mesho is the best in eyebrows.
Mani and Pedi service is great.
The only suggestion i have that they put more effort on the Moroccan bath area, its small, not comfortable, the steam is not distributed properly, but the service itself is good, only the area needs a lil work .
Either way i love this place and its the only salon i go to, although i have tried most of the prestigious salons in jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I just tried their “bikini wax” And “special wax” she Used both waxing and sugaring. First of all, the staff is super nice and friendly, no complains at all. However, from a hygienic, service point of view it wasn’t great. I have been sugaring/waxing for over 2 years abroad. Therefore, I know how it’s supposed to go, my appointment today was the farthest thing from the standard procedure . First of all, there was no sanitary cleaning of the area before and after , she didn’t apply baby powder, she used the same stick over and over again, meaning she’s mixing other clients hairs ? in the waxing bowel. She did not change the strips often ?, which lead to abnormal skin inflammation ?, and more pain. Additionally, she literally threaded and plucked them ?. Mind you, I wanted wax/ sugaring, I understand sometimes you need to pluck the hard ones but not most of the area. Even the after care was bad to be honest ?. She simply did not follow the before,during and after care protocol of waxing/ sugaring. And on top of that I experienced enormous pain. I wouldn’t try their waxing/ sugaring service again, specially since I paid 287 sr. Which is not considered cheap but average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Fatmah a lot. I have read a review about the bikini service and I totally disagree with the lady. I’ve also lived abroad, for 10 years in the States, and I did not see anything less that what I have experienced. No pain at all, super fast, she know what she is doing. I also do my eyebrows with her because she doesn’t make it thin. On top of all of this; she is so respectful and nice. P.S she uses powder!!
