★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came around 3pm during prayer time, after prayer time 3:17pm they said that they will not open again and come back tomorrow. But in their office hours is from 8am-4pm posted in their office doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far away, but efficient system and staff. Be prepared to wait as there is usually congestion. They have enough parking space. They pay almost immediately after completing the documentation process. However, prevention of accidents is better than chasing insurance companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited today and they are saying the system is down come tomorrow!!! taaal bukra!!! What do you expect more! The interesting part is that there are more than 20 customers waiting to get served.
The next day i visited there are more than 35 customers waiting for their turn.. Only 3 counters are working. I almost spend 3 hours waiting for my turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff, forcing to speak Arabic, instead they increase their level.
2ndly they don't follow timing, they close main door one and half hour before closing time i.e. 2:30 PM. Therefore, be careful of timing while visiting.
