المخلصين ياكلونك اكل ولاحياة لمن تنادي
للاسف اشبه بالحراج في مطار يعتبر عالمي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مازالت الإجراءات معقدة وتاخذ وقت طويل جدا .
عملية استلامي للشحنه اخذت مني 7 ساعات، أنصح بتعيين مخلص جمركي (بالجوال) لإنهاء جميع الإجراءات ثم زيارة الشحن الجوي لاستلامها تفادياً لتضييع الوقت، لأنك بتقوم بنفس المهام وبتدفع نفس القيمة للمخلص.
The procedures are still complicated and take a very long time.
The process of receiving the shipment took me 7 hours. I recommend appointing a customs broker (by mobile) to finish all the procedures and then visit the air freight to receive it in order to avoid wasting time, because you do the same tasks and pay the same value to the broker.

If u r looking for first class service it depends on your luck cause every cargo or shipment is handled with great care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No signs or guidance for receiving goods imported. Everything is verbal and confusing. The documentation and clearing from customs is such a hastle that I'd rather pay double and get DHL service for door to door delivery.
