It really looks like all the 5* reviews are written by employees who are required to post good reviews. The good reviews look forced.
I will take your good advice, I used DHL after roaming round a handful of FedExs in Riyadh that were all closed, or did not exist, ending up in desperation at DHL. While DHL was expensive ($100) just ot send one page, it got to the USA in 4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in my life. They sent my package to the WH without being scanned!!! Took me 2 trips to their office at airport and then to Sulay WH to sort it out.. they even have not said sorry . If you decide to ship though Fedex KSA then bear in mind that you might end up not getting your stuff delivered!! Take that risk? Well, it is your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shipment arrived and was held for custom clearance which needed some personal information (i.e. National ID No. and so on). This information was given to Fedex right away. However, the shipment was not delivered till the moment of writing this review (two weeks until now) and I’m expecting it to stay another two weeks may be a month as per the response I experienced from the employee. The employees are another story, they are lazy and ignorant (I don’t know if they know how to deal with human being).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for 5 days priority international shipping, They took 3+ weeks.
Even though i was calling daily i had to go to the airport office twice and finally it cleared customs
Avoid Fedex in KSA it is very mismanaged.
