★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great at the city center close to big shopping mall & all facilities. Rooms are big in fact too big suitable for families . WiFi is almost not working so not recommended for business trips where internet is necessary. Need to work on refreshing the furniture & staff at the reception must be trained on how to communicate. They are not rude but they lack the basic hospitality skills.

Staff want to go the extra mile, but in the wrong direction.
Reception are very helpful, only if you find them.
If you order iron press, be carefull, it may damage your clothes. They will bring another ones after you sleep!
The best thing is that the bed is clean so you can have a good sleep and leave the hotel/place early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. Stayed in a clean, neat, well equipped 2 bedroom suite. Staff were helpful. Hotel has parking outside and underground. Breakfast is served in the room.
