N	NASSER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذي اسواء الشقق المفروشة اللي سكنت فيها ... ١- عامل واحد فقط لتحميل الحقائب والتنزيل، يعني الساعة ٢ يكون وقت خروج سكان ودخول جدد يبي لك تنتظر دورك لحد ما يجيك يحمل اغراضك ٢- عند طلب مراتب نوم توزع في اخر الليل فقط واحتمال ما تكفي ولا يوصلك شي واذا توفرت لك تكون مراتب جلسات شعبية ? ٣- النظافة سيئة جداً ويوجد رائحة كريهه اعزكم الله ولا يوجد خدمة توصيل البقالات أو مغاسل الملابس ٤- لا يوجد مواقف مخصصه للسيارات ٥- تلاعب بأسعار الشقق في أقل من يوم كنت حاجز شقة من غرفتين بثلاث اسرة فردية وواحد مزدوج ب٥٠٠ يوم وصلت انكر المالك وجودها واجبرني على غرفة اقل اسرة رغم ان زميلي سكنها من فترة يومين وعندما واجهته بالحقيقة رفع سعرها الى ٧٠٠ عشان ما اخذها ٦- بشكل العام التعامل سئ لا يوجد استقبال براحبت صدر الجميع فيهم مستعد للتصادم معك . R	RAED HAMED on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السعر اغلا من السوق بقليل _ العفش قديم و يحتاج تغير و ليس تغسيل الموقع ممتاز الاهتمام و تغير الفرش ضروري المفترض يوفروا مويه و ليبتون بس مافي .. بعض الاماكن من يوم تفتح تقعد 10 سنين و هي تنظف الفرش المفترض يتغير اقل شي كل سنتين The price is a little more expensive than the market _ the furniture is old and needs changing and not washing The location is excellent.
