J	Jerome dela Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly slow service delivery. No urgency and lots of chatting from the staff despite of customer queue. Make sure you have a lot of time to spend and bring a lot of patience with you when you come here.

Three times just to get the requirements to open a bank account and they still ask for more requirements every time. Don't come to this branch unless you have no other option. The operations manager is the worst of them all.
A	Anis Izani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service..made a request that took more than 2 weeks to process..until now still under process..keep giving different excuses..how can a bank have a system down for 1 week..after that blaming on head office..which i already called prior asking the bank that in the system my problem should be solved as it is already approved..finally made a complaint thru the careline..by far this is the worst branch i've visited..highly recommended to go to tahlia and headquarters..

There was no special treatment for SABB premier customers The worst branch , they seriously need to evaluate their employees

I,m an advanced customer to them "supposed to have better treatment" I guess ?, she is not even talking to you or even smile? Do you call that customer service! I'm leaving this bank finally after 14 years of being a customer with them.
