Aggressive Philippino casher.
Shrimp seems to be frozen when grilled it became very soft and mushy :-( , salmon slice contains alot of fat, calamari with no taste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever you feel FISH. It's definitely the place to go.. Hands down one of the best places I've tried despite the fact that it's a bit pricey but it's worth it.. Amazing

Prices doesn't match the quality of food and quality of service
Place is somehow clean, but the smell is spread in the whole restaurant
Family section is dark with no vibrant mood
Food presentation is ok
Bread served is very good (fresh and tasty)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the right place to have some seafood delights. Variety of seafood main coarses, soups, and selective fresh fishes and sea fruits are available. It's a quiet and clean restaurant with nice ambiance, great service, and welcoming staff. Almost liked it, and it's suitable for friend gathering and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So for the love of fried fish, I was searching any restaurant other than Nirala or Dalla Fisheries and i found out Samakiat Restaurant with a good rating. We visited there to try out and ordered the following items:
1. Fried Shaour Fish 110SAR per kg. Taste was just average, as per the taste buds of local people, as it was not at all spicy, even salt was very less.
2. Dynamite shrimps: 28 SAR. Dynamite shrimps were good, there was no smell, were freshly fried and dynamite sauce had the right taste.
3. Biryani Rice (just a mix of white and brown rice) was also average, and was complimentary with the fish
4. Potato wedges:22 SAR Ordered for kids, the potato wedges were good.
5. Complimentary White Bread with the shrimps was good
So overall, just an average experience, the family sitting area was good. For people who want to try fish, i would suggest to go for Dallah Fisheries, Bahrya or Nirala Restaurant as Samakiat wasnt meeting desi taste expectations despite it's high rating.

This is my second visit for the restaurant. I tried their fish and shrimps Tajin which contains eggplants, olives and potatoes. It taste so delicious. It come with a rice and salad as well.
One of the best places for a seafood in Riyadh. I visit the restaurant by chance as the name catch my attention when I was driving around. I ordered shrimps, fried Sha’or and grilled suprem fish. The shrimps is cooked perfectly. The fish is fresh and you can pick whatever you want before cooking. Its definitely worth the visit.
