It appears that every time they attempt to deliver a shipment, it looks like that they are doing it for first time. I have seen Zoo animals learn from their experience better than these guys. It is a shame that a company like FedEx have partnered with a failed organization like Sab Express.

Fedex has it’s reputation and Sab in Saudi Arabia who’s in charge of Fedex is making this reputation disappear. I’m not the only customer that is having issues I can bet on that. Customer service is not helpful to the point they will start shouting at you. It’s unfortunate FEDEX came to this point of disappointment.

Shipping services, customer service and even in knowing the basics in the shipping rules in our country. Bravo, and keep going until your company disappears in the whole world .
