★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost it completely after the merger with tnt and smsa pulling their plug off them 5 years ago with no branch working in the late hours , and all the customers misguided with Samsa where customers using the same colored logo making people believe wrongly.

I just ask the counter guy to correct the mailing name address but its seems like he don't want to correct and he is mad But still I pay and send with the wrong spelling name..According to him its ok its not important the spelling. Very poor services. I will never to visit there again oliya branch..

I don’t seem to learn from my mistakes.
The latest is loosing a $17,000 package and the have not refunded me a penny stating they are unable to make the claim due different departments not accepting it
FedEx !!! What a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While almost all other shipping company were “open” during Ramadan, this one was actually open. Great guy behind the desk. Definitely using this branch again. Finding parking is a bit of a struggle though.
