وبصراحة متناهية ممتازة جدا ومنضمة وفسيحة وكان الاستقبال متميز جدا احترام وتقدير وهدوا شامل ومكتملة المستلزمات مثل الغساله والمكرويف والغلاية والثلاجة الكبيرة قل تجد هذه الاغراض في الشقق والشقة نضيفة جدا شكرا للقائمين عليها
I lived in one of the apartments of Rihata, Riyadh, Al-Mughrizat district
And frankly, very excellent, organized and spacious, and the reception was very distinguished, respect and appreciation, and they calmed down comprehensive and complete requirements such as washing machine, microwave, kettle and large refrigerator. Say you find these items in the apartments and the apartment is very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان يحتاج اكثر نظافه ،،، ابواب دورات المياه لازم احد يساعدك علشان تفتحه … النظافه مقصرين فيها علمت الاستقبال ينظفون ورجعت للاسف مانظفوها?
The place needs more cleaning,,, The bathroom doors need someone to help you to open them... The cleanliness are short on them. I taught the reception to clean them, and unfortunately I came back, they didn't clean them?

السعر مرتفع مقارنة بالجوده
There is no buffet - there are no requirements for making coffee or tea - there is no kind of hospitality (water - coffee)
The price is high compared to the quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق جديدة والمبنى ممتاز وموظفي الاستقبال رجال بمعنى الكلمة وبشوشين .. مشكلة هذه الشقق في النظافة ، نعم النظافة متردية ومتواضعة ، والأسرة وأغطية الفرش يتضح عليها الاهمال وسوء النظافة . لا أعتقد أنني سأسكن فيها مرة أخرى .
The apartments are new, the building is excellent, and the reception staff are men in every sense of the word and cheerful.. The problem with these apartments is in cleanliness, yes, the cleanliness is poor and modest, and the beds and bedding are evident from neglect and poor hygiene. I don't think I will live there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان جميل اخذت غرفه وصاله ما شاء الله وسعه فيها بوفيه مطبخ ولكن للاسف العوازل بين الشقق سي و تحتاج اهتمام بالنظافه اكثر .
It is a beautiful place. I took a room and a hall, God willing, it will be able to contain a kitchen buffet, but unfortunately the insulators between the apartments are C and need more attention to cleanliness.

-دورة المياة سيئة تجتمع المياه فيها بالوسط، كذلك ليس هناك منطقة شور مناسبة.
- غرفة وصالة التي سكنتها ليس فيها مغسلة نعم مغسلة الوضوء و الغسيل من مجلى المطبخ!
-لاحظت بقع على لحاف السرير.
- رائحة الدخان قوية في الغرفة.
السعر ٢٥٠ مقابل الخدمة عالي، وربما يكون هذا السعر لأجل موسم الرياض.
*آخيراً أشكر الفريق العامل كان تعاملهم طيب.
* ملاحضة قد لا تكون الغرف بنفس المواصفات فأن لم أدخل غير غرفة واحدة وعليها تم تقييمي.

- The room and hall that I inhabited does not have a washbasin. Yes, the washroom for ablution and the laundry from the kitchen sink!
I noticed stains on the duvet.
There is a strong smell of smoke in the room.
The price of 250 for the service is high, and this price may be for the Riyadh season.
