★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فله كبيره ووسيعة واثاثها ممتاز ولكن فيه بعض الملاحظات
1- ضخ الماء سيء جداً
2- عدم توفر مكنسة كهربائيه وادوات النظافة لدورات المياه
3- لايوجد خدمة نظافة الا بعد دخولك للفله مع انه عند دفعي كتبوا ان النظافة ب345 تقريبا شاملة السعر ودفعتها ولكن بعد الدفع اتصلت على خدمة العملاء وقالوا النظافه فقط بعد خروجك من الفله يعني اللي راح يستفيد من هالنظافه هم مو انا للأسف
4- عدم استجابة الصيانه مثلا طلبت منهم يجون يصلحون لي الغسالة ما جوني الا بعد كم يوم
It is large and spacious and the furniture is excellent, but there are some notes
1- The water pump is very bad
2- The lack of a vacuum cleaner and hygiene tools for the bathrooms
3- There is no cleaning service until after you enter the villa, although when I paid they wrote that the cleaning is approximately 345 including the price and I paid it, but after paying I called the customer service and they said the cleaning only after you leave the villa, meaning those who will benefit from this cleaning are unfortunately not me.
4- The maintenance did not respond, for example, I asked them to come and fix the washing machine for me. Johnny is only after how many days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المويه قليله مره في دورات المياه والمطابخ وبعد كثير من أدوات النظافة "المهمة" غير متوفره مثل المكنسة الكهربائية وادوات نظافة دورات المياه بس بشكل عام مريحه للسكن ووسيعه بس فيه اشياء كثير لازم يوفرونها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان سيء جدا ومافيه اي خدمات وماعليها صيانه حتى باب الفله القفل عطلان تداخل وتطلع من باب الكراج، تتعب وانت تتواصل معهم عشان يردو مبلغ التأمين تتعدا ١٤ يوم ولا يحولونه،مكان غير مريح وتتعب اعصابك من سوء الخدمه ما انصح بالتعامل معهم نهائي .والمويه الي تنزل من الحنفيات وصخه ولها ريحه ومدهنه تغسل فيها توصخك بدل ما تنظفك.
The place is very bad and there are no services and there is no need for maintenance, even the door of the villa. The lock is broken. You enter and go out from the garage door. You get tired and you contact them to return the deposit amount that exceeds 14 days and they do not transfer it. It is an uncomfortable place and your nerves are tired from the poor service. I do not advise dealing with them final. From the faucets, they are dirty and smelly and greased with which you wash and make you dirty instead of cleaning you.
