★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low-cost compound. Pool is always clean, however gym exists only in theory as it’s in an abandoned state. Many villas are old and smell. Restaurant is OK and open most of the time, although usually empty. Its occasional parties are worth being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cockroach infested death trap with dodgy electrics and crumbling infrastructure. Avoid if you can. Place has no upkeep or investment for decades. Owner manager somewhat dodgy too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a western compound it is extremely old and outdated,Maintenence is non existent and the same goes for the internet so forget about owning a smart TV unless you buy your own internet the AC is not able to meet the desired temperature after several requests to fix it they just turned up the fan on the unit expecting it to work .I had to move apartments as there was a cockroach infestation in the first apartment then there was another infestation in the new apartment the compounds idea of fumigation or pest control is to put ant powder around the plug holes in the sink and the compound manager could not provide simple things like plug hole stoppers saying they were not available in KSA another issue I had was the gas cooker that was also extremely outdated and broken you had to get on your hands and knees stick your hand in and light it with a hand held lighter where it would flame out and burn your hand my first time using it it fell over when I closed the oven door if you own a vehicle you will have to park that on waste ground outside the compound and as for the gym it’s made up of peoples broken equipment that was left behind and it is not safe to use
