Yesterday I bought items and made the payment via bank transfer. In the night I came to collect the items.
I showed them invoice and bank transfer receipt. But they refused to give me the items even though I paid for it. Also its not first time we are buying from you. Before we bought many things also we have account with your company.
Please the sales staff need training on handling customer request.
